Sound Imprints: sound imprints from various places in the world where I have recorded ambient sounds and in real time created works that attempt to skew their placement in time.
These are all live processed and recorded in real time. The intent is to capture the aesthetic of the moment(s) like a photograph of a post card. Part of the capture is the feeling that time has almost stopped. These are very quiet and subtle works, good for loud listening. Andrew, thanks for the ride and the car but the rain was what made it all work.
