Kien Cuong and I began this festival in 2007 with the idea of creating
a festival in Vietnam that would help bring a greater awareness of new
music to Vietnam. The festival attempts to be unbiased to style or
success and hopes to present as many different views as possible. The
festival consists of several concerts with guest composers and
performers from around the world. List of composers from the 2007 and
2008 festivals include; Bright Sheng (China), Kamran Ince (Turkey),
Tylan Susam (Netherlands), Jonas Baes (Philippines), Do Kien Cuong
(Vietnam), Gary Powell Nash (USA), George Brunner (USA) and more.
